The studies gives guidance for the potential implementation of innovative public transport systems and identifies the people who are most likely to use PRT.

    (3) a wide-ranging community of content and service suppliers connect to customers through i-Travel. The motivation for i-Travel comes from a need to find a common solution for key problems faced by travellers, content suppliers and service providers.

    descriptionWith intelligent mobile ticketing solutions the convenience of using public transport could be significantly increased. The project 'Ring&Ride', supported by the German Fedral Ministry of Economics and technology is presented. The fare is calculated at check out by reconstructing the route taken by the passenger. Results from a field trial in Berlin and user acceptance tests are given as well as the use of additional technologies as GPS and W-LAN.

Several researches regarding multimodal transport are discussed. The aim of this paper is to find the development system of public transport towards a Multimodal Public Transport system. Further, the development of the required system tool is divided into conceptual tool design, knowledge of processes, and testing of tool mechanism. Data of Palembang Household survey 1997 were used for detecting multimodality of passenger transports.
